Powder Coating

660’ Variable speed continuous overhead conveyor system consisting of: Five stage pretreatment system with alkaline cleanser, iron phosphate and rinse stations. Final stage sealer capabilities (30’ x 96” x 65’). Natural gas dry-off oven (30’ x 96” x 60’). Climate controlled Nordson paint booth with fourteen automatic powder paint spray guns, two manual spray guns (30” x 96” x 19.5’). Cyclone type powder collection and reuse system, filtration system. Industrial Heat gas cure oven (30” x 96” x 53’). Quality inspection and packaging area. Ace Burnoff Oven available for paint removal, part preparation.
